Princeton Health and Fitness Center is proud to be offering Karate classes beginning March 4, 2013. The class will be taught by Jason Dillow, Shobayashi-Ryu 4th dan. Jason has over 20 years of experience and teaches this art using the knowledge and tools known as the “Circle of Training.” Instructors such as William R. Hayes, Major US Marine Corp (ret) and Tony D’Angelo, Shinshi, White Cloud Inner Arts have helped Jason perfect his art.
Shobayashi-Ryu is a Life-Protection based and wellness-centered form of Karate. Among many things, it uses the principles of the classical empty hand and weapon forms taught on Okinawa. This form of Karate teaches the Circle of “Life Protection” Training where questions and answers come from those who are committed to a life of study, skill, character development and healthy living. Students are expected to train hard and develop a warrior mindset.
Princeton Health & Fitness Center opened its doors in 1997 to help all community members live the healthiest possible lifestyle.
