Princeton Health & Fitness Center opened it's doors in 1997 to help all community members live the healthiest possible lifestyle.
Offering a variety of fitness activities and clinical programming, our dedicated, professional staff is here to provide the motivation and resources to help you reach your health and fitness goals.
PHFC is a 44,000 square foot facility that holds two racquetball courts, a group exercise studio, strength training equipment, cardiovascular fitness areas, a quarter-size basketball court, massage therapy, a lap pool and therapy pool. Each locker room is also equipped with a dry sauna and steam room. Our Kid's Korner and Kid's Gym areas are available for children ages 12 weeks to 12 years.
Health Evaluation
Our qualified, professional staff will meet with you several times a year to design and review an exercise program that meets your needs and goals. The health evaluation includes the following components:

Waist-to-hip measurement
Chlestoerol screening
Personal Training
Guaranteed to produce results, personal training is a safe, efficient and enjoyable method of getting in shape. Your personal trainer will design a program that is fun and effective for you and will work with you every step of the way.
Group Exercise
PHFC offers more than 40 classes each week, and there's one just right for you! Whether you're just starting to exercise or you're already fit, you'll find our classes fun, effective, interactive and designed for your fitness level.
Our classes include a variety of activities. high intensity to slow and relaxing, step aerobics, aqua therapy, Body-Pump, Pilates, line dancing, athletic conditioning, cycling, Cardio-Lo and Fit-for-All (for 55 years and over) are only a few of the classes we offer.

Clinical Programs
Princeton Health & Fitness Center offers clinical programs designed to improve quality of life and reduce symptoms and risk factors associated with major chronic diseases. PHFC provides monitored rehabilitative maintenance cardiac and pulmonary programs to its members.

Cardiac Fitness Program
The Cardiac Fitness Program is a structured exercise maintenance program for those who have heart disease or its risk factors. All sessions are monitored for cardiovascular responses before, during and after exercise by trained technicians including an exercise physiologist. Participants must have a physician referral to enter the program.
Pulmonary Fitness Program
The Pulmonary Fitness Program is a structured exercise maintenance program for those graduating from a hospital-based pulmonary rehab program. The program is coordinated and monitored by the exercise physiologist. Cardiovascular and pulmonary responses are checked before, during and after exercise sessions. No medications are provided, but portable oxygen is available.
LifeCare Program
The LifeCare Program is a six-month education based structured exercise program designed for those at high risk for diabetes and obesity. Participants receive five consultations with exercise physiologist focusing on the nutrition and exercise necessary to reduce the symptoms and risk factors related to both diabetes and obesity.
Day Care / After School / Summer Day Camp Programs
At Princeton Health & Fitness Center, we pride ourselves on offering first-rate services for children. Our programs are offered in a safe and healthy environment - a fun environment that allows children to grow and learn about themselves. The Day Care, After School and Summer Day Camp programs are designed to give children exceptional care while helping them become excited about exercise and good nutrition.
