PERSONAL TRAINING

GROUP EXERCISE
PHFC offers more than 40 classes each week, and there's one just right for you! Whether you're just starting to exercise or you're already fit, you'll find our classes fun, effective, interactive and designed for your fitness level.
Our classes include a variety of activities, high intensity to slow and relaxing, step aerobics, aqua therapy, Shine Dance Fitness, Pilates, line dancing, athletic conditioning, yoga, cycling, Silver Sneakers Classic (for 55 years and over) are only a few of the classes we offer.

DAY CARE / AFTER SCHOOL / SUMMER DAY CAMP PROGRAMS
At Princeton Health & Fitness, we pride ourselves on offering first-rate services for children. Our programs are offered in a safe and healthy environment - a fun environment that allows children to grow and learn about themselves. The Day Care, After School and Summer Day Camp programs are designed to give children exceptional care while helping them become excited about exercise and good nutrition.
