Created for all fitness levels, our Yoga classes are designed to enhance vitality and a sense of well-being. Yoga helps its participants gain improved flexibility, balance, strength and posture.
All yoga classes are held in the downstairs studio, with the exception of the Tuesday & Thursday 5:15 pm classes. These classes are held in the upstairs studio. Come join us!
