What types of memberships does PHFC offer?
PHFC offers a wide variety of memberships that make fitness affordable for everyone. To learn about our basic memberships, click here. If you would additional information, please call 304.487.7876 and ask for a Membership Services representative.
What is the minimum age to be a PHFC member?
The minimum age to be a PHFC member is 18.
Does PHFC require a long-term contract?
PHFC requires no long-term contract memberships. You are required to sign a contract to join, but you may cancel at any time, as long as you visit the fitness center in person and sign a cancellation card by the 25th of the month to cancel the next month.
Will my insurance pay for my membership?
If you are of age and have Silver Sneakers through your insurance, then yes. Your insurance will pay for your membership, but not any family members, unless they also qualify for Silver Sneakers.
Is there a cancellation fee to cancel?
No. We do not have a cancellation fee; however, if you come in to cancel after the 25th of the month, you will be charged the next month's dues.
I travel to the Princeton, WV area for business. May I use your facility?
PHFC offers a couple of options for those visiting short-term. We offer a month-long membership for $50.00, a 7-day pass for $35.00; or a 1-day pass for $10.00.
I’m thinking of buying a membership, but if I move, can I transfer my membership to another fitness center?
There is only one PHFC location; however, if you move, you do have the option to transfer your membership to another person. The person to whom you would like to transfer your membership will need to visit our Membership Services Department and sign a contract to take over your membership and monthly payments.
Do you offer Corporate Memberships?
Yes, PHFC offers Corporate Memberships. Corporate Memberships are a great way to benefit your employees. Please contact our Brenda Woodward, Director of Membership Services at 304.487.7876, extension 1223.

I’ve changed my name and need to update my account information, as well as obtain a new membership scan card. What do I do?
To update your account information or to obtain a new membership scan card, please contact our Membership Services Department by calling 304.487.7876 and asking to speak with Membership Services.
How do I cancel my membership?
To cancel your membership, please contact our Membership Services Department by calling 304.387.7876 and asking to speak with Membership Services.
If I stop my EFTs, is my membership canceled?
No. Stopping your EFT or closing your bank account does not cancel your membership. You have to cancel your membership by contacting our Membership Services Department at 304.387.7876 and asking to speak with Membership Services. Not cancelling your membership but cancelling your payments will result in a Bad Debt attached to your account. You will not be able to return to PHFC until your Bad Debt is paid.
If I cancel my membership, do I get a refund?
If a member cancels after the 25th of the month, then the following month’s dues will be drafted and not refunded. If you feel there has been an error on your account, you may call and speak with the Membership Services Department.
How do I freeze my membership?
To freeze your membership, please contact our Membership Services Department by calling 304.387.7876 and asking to speak with Membership Services.
How do I make the payment to freeze my membership?
Once your membership is frozen, there is a $15.00 per month fee that will continue to be drafted via EFT. You can only freeze a membership for a maximum of 3 months.
How do I set up a friend or family member with a membership?
To set up a friend or family member with a membership, please contact our Membership Services Department by calling 304.387.7876 and asking to speak with Membership Services.
I lost my membership scan card. How do I replace my membership scan card?
To replace a lost or stolen membership scan card, please contact our Membership Services Department by calling 304.387.7876 and asking to speak with Membership Services. There is a $3.00 fee to replace a scan card.
Why do I have to have my picture taken to access the fitness center?
We take your picture to have on file to identify you as you enter the facility to make sure that no other individual is using your membership scan card.
How long will it take to post a replacement membership scan card payment to my account?

I recently moved and need to update my contact information with PHFC. What do I do?
To update your contact information, please contact our Membership Services Department by calling 304.387.7876 and asking to speak with Membership Services. There is a $3.00 fee to replace a scan card.
