Group Exercise

PHFC offers more than 40 classes each week, and there's one just right for you! Whether you're just starting to exercise or you're already fit, you'll find our classes fun, effective, interactive and designed for your fitness level.

Our classes include a variety of activities, high intensity to slow and relaxing. Below is a list of the classes we offer. NOTE: We reserve the right to modify the schedule as needed.

silversneakers®

SilverSneakers® is available to Humana Medicare Advantage Plan members and is a fun, energizing program that helps older adults take greater control of their health by encouraging physical activity and offering social events. Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement and activities for daily living. A chair is available for support, stretching and relaxation exercise. (Class is designed for Active Adults, but all ages are welcome).

zumba fitness

Latin moves and rhythms are combined with hip-hop and international music to make a workout that is fun every time. Join the Party! All fitness levels.

zumba toning

Dancers use maraca-like Toning Sticks to enhance rhythm and tone all the target zones, including abs, gluteus and thighs. This is a calorie-torching, high-energy cardio dance workout! Intermediate level class.

move & groove

Experience the joy of moving to music while improving your fitness level. All fitness levels.

line dancing

Have a blast learning line-dance steps to a variety of music. Intermediate level class.



total body challenge

Increase lean muscle tissue and metabolism. Work with hand weights, body bars, medicine ball and more to blast the fat and define muscle. Intermediate level class.

booty blaster

This 45-minute class focuses on exercises to sculpt the abdominals and lower body. Intermediate level class.
