Do I have to be a member to attend a Group Exercise class?
You do not have to be a member of PHFC to attend a Group Exercise class; however, you will need to purchase a Guess Pass: a 7-day pass for $35.00 (limited to only 4 times per year); or a 1-day pass for $10.00. Or you may purchase a monthly membership for $50.00.
What should I bring when I workout at PHFC?
All members are expected to wear proper workout attire for their particular activities.
A great time! We cater to all levels, so just let the instructor know before the class if it’s your first time. You will be provided with intensity options, and ways to make the activities a bit easier if need be. Every participant gets a great workout, and the support from a group setting is terrific. Does PHFC require Group Exercise instructors to have training specific to the class they teach?
Yes. All of our instructors are certified to teach their respective classes.
What are the busiest times at the fitness center and for Group Exercise classes?
PHFC stays busy throughout the day; however, our busiest time is in the evening, followed by the early morning hours. At no time, however, is it too busy to come and get a good workout

- No street shoes will be allowed in the Kid's Gym, Racquetball Courts or any exercise areas. Please bring a change of shoes for use in the facility
- Members are to allowed to wear sandals while exercising on the second floor.
- Individuals wearing offensive slogans/pictures on shirts and shorts, revealing or excessively suggestive attire will not be permuted to exercise in the facility.
- Members must wear a shirt at all times while exercising.
- Swimmers must dry off and have a shirt on before entering the lobby area.
