How can I make a payment on my account?
We require our members to pay through Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) from either their checking or savings account or debit/credit card.
How long does it take to post a payment to my account?
We process our billing on the 2nd day of every month; however, EFTs and Credit/Debit Card transactions are drafted on the 5th of the month. If the 5th falls on a weekend, the draft will take place the following Monday.
I want to change my credit card/debit card/banking information. How do I make this change?
To change your credit/debit card or banking information, please contact our Membership Services Department by calling 304.487.7876 and asking to speak with Membership Services.
Do I have to enroll with an EFT to have my membership dues drafted or may I write a check every month?
We do require our members to enroll with an EFT. Members may pay annually by cash or check.
